Job Title: Admin Executive Location: Kamala Mills, Lower Parel, Mumbai Mode: Work from Office Reporting to: Executive Assistant Responsibilities: 1: Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs. 2: Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to executives and department heads, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements. Assist in planning and organizing company events, such as conferences, seminars, and team-building activities. 6: Financial Administration: Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents. Monitor office expenses, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate financial records. Assist in budget planning and tracking as required. Job Title: Sales Manager - Insurance Cross-Sell Location: Bangalore, Warangal, Vishakhapatnam, Hyderabad, Vijayawada and Chennai Reporting to: Regional head Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive the cross-selling of insurance products (life, health, general) to existing and new customers of our NBFC. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial products, customer engagement, and insurance sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and customer penetration goals. Key Responsibilities: Identify cross-sell opportunities for insurance among existing and new NBFC customers (loan, gold, consumer finance, etc.). Drive sales of insurance products through branch and field teams. Manage and train branch staff/relationship officers on insurance products and pitch strategies. Coordinate with insurance partners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth product onboarding, approvals, and updates. Track and monitor insurance sales targets across branches and regions. Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company policies for insurance distribution. Conduct regular customer interactions, field visits, and joint calls to drive conversions. Review and analyse customer portfolios to provide tailored insurance solutions. Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly MIS and performance reports. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of insurance products. Proven experience in cross-selling or bancassurance in an NBFC or bank. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Data-driven approach with proficiency in sales tracking and reporting. Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks (IRDAI, RBI). Ability to lead and motivate field teams across branches. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred). Minimum 47 years of experience in insurance sales, preferably through NBFCs or banks. IRDAI certification (Life/General) is an advantage.
