Job Description

Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy & Planning: * Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue goals and expand the customer base. * Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly. * Set individual and team sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular reports to senior management. * Contribute to the development of pricing strategies and product/service offerings. 2. Team Leadership & Management: * Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team. * Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback to team members. * Foster a positive and results-oriented team environment. * Assign sales territories and manage workload distribution among team members. * Develop and deliver ongoing sales training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge. 3. Sales Execution & Performance: * Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close, ensuring adherence to company processes. * Actively participate in key sales negotiations, especially for high-value clients or complex deals. * Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and ensure accuracy of CRM data. * Implement effective sales methodologies and best practices to optimize sales performance. * Identify and address any roadblocks or challenges faced by the sales team. 4. Client Relationship Management: * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners. * Understand client business needs and recommend appropriate IT solutions. * Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. * Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts. 5. Market Research & Business Development: * Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings. * Identify and pursue new market segments and business opportunities.
