Job Title: Senior Sales Manager – Tender & Key Accounts

Experience: 8–10 Years
Location: Udaipur

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager with a strong background in tender-based sales and hands-on working experience in SAP. The role involves managing end-to-end tendering activities, driving sales growth, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of large and strategic orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete tendering process including tender evaluation, documentation, costing, pricing, submission, and follow-up.
  • Analyze tenders (Government, PSU, EPC, or private) and assess technical and commercial feasibility.
  • Coordinate with engineering, finance, SCM, and legal teams for accurate tender preparation.
  • Handle SAP activities related to sales orders, pricing, quotations, contracts, billing, and MIS reports.
  • Develop and manage key customer relationships to drive repeat and new business.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts with customers.
  • Track tender status, order conversion, execution milestones, and payment realization.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and management dashboards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, tender guidelines, and statutory requirements.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales/tender executives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Management / Commerce (MBA preferred).
  • 8–10 years of proven experience in sales with strong exposure to tender-based business.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience working on SAP (SD module preferred).
  • Experience dealing with Government, PSU, EPC, or large institutional customers.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of tendering procedures, documentation, and commercial terms.
  • Proficiency in SAP for sales operations, reporting, and order management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Leadership and team-handling capability.

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to infrastructure, power, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
  • Experience in high-value or long-cycle sales.
  • Knowledge of contract management and statutory compliances.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
