The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ISO audits , documentation , Total Quality Management (TQM) , and Six Sigma practices . Prior exposure to Quality Control (QC) and Production will be an added advantage. The role requires a process-oriented individual who can ensure product and process compliance, drive continuous improvement, and maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Ensure adherence to QA standards and procedures across all manufacturing operations. Lead and coordinate ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 audits and documentation processes. Maintain and control quality documentation , SOPs, work instructions, and regulatory records. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QC, Production, and R&D for quality improvement. Drive TQM principles and Six Sigma methodologies for continuous process improvement. Monitor and improve process compliance and reduce non-conformance through root cause analysis and CAPA. Conduct internal audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings. Review and analyze QA-related data, generate reports, and present improvement initiatives. Support new product development from a QA perspective, ensuring quality parameters are met. Evaluate supplier quality and raw material compliance as per specifications. Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 5 years of QA experience in Catalyst Manufacturing or related Chemical Industry . Sound knowledge of ISO systems , compliance, and audit handling.
