Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Executive / Chemist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a B.Sc. in Chemistry and have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in production roles within the chemical industry, including Pharma API, Agrochemicals, Metal Refining, or related sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor production processes and troubleshoot issues to maintain product quality and process efficiency.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental (SHE) standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to production, batch processing, and quality checks.
• Coordinate with the Quality Assurance (QA), Maintenance, and R&D teams for smooth workflow.
• Optimize resources, including manpower and materials, to achieve production targets.
• Participate in audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for process optimization and cost reduction.

Candidate Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Chemistry (mandatory).
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in production within the chemical or allied industries.
• Hands-on experience in Pharma API, Agrochemical, or Metal Refining industries preferred.
• Sound understanding of chemical manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts (if required).
