Sales Manager (Remote)
About The Opportunity
A growing organisation in the digital healthcare and clinical services sector delivering patient-focused telehealth, diagnostic partnerships and outpatient services across India. We scale care and convenience by partnering with corporates, insurers and channel partners to increase access and lifetime patient value. This remote Sales Manager role will drive new revenue streams, strategic partnerships and customer acquisition for national expansion.Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end sales cycle for assigned verticals: prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation and deal closure to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify and develop high-impact partnerships with corporates, insurance providers, clinics and channel partners to expand service distribution and referral pipelines.
- Build and maintain a predictable sales pipeline using CRM—track opportunities, update forecasts and provide accurate sales reporting to leadership.
- Design and execute targeted outreach campaigns (cold calls, emails, virtual demos) and tailor value propositions to diverse customer segments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations and clinical teams to ensure smooth onboarding, SLA adherence and customer satisfaction post-sale.
- Continuously optimise sales playbooks—improve pitch materials, pricing models and objection-handling to shorten sales cycles and increase conversion rates.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3+ years of proven sales experience with consistent quota achievement in B2B2C environments (preferably in healthcare, healthtech, insurance or related services).
- Strong track record in new business development, negotiating commercial contracts and closing medium-to-large deals.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (LeadSquared) and disciplined pipeline management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to run remote demos and present value propositions to senior stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset: comfortable using metrics to prioritise activities and improve conversion and retention.
- Ability to work remotely across India, manage time zones, and travel occasionally for client meetings if required.
Preferred
- Experience selling healthcare services, telemedicine platforms, corporate health programs or diagnostic partnerships.
- Familiarity with pricing structures for subscription, per-employee or per-transaction models and experience negotiating SLAs.
- Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM) or enterprise sales motions and experience with partnership ecosystems.
