Job Summary:

Sales Manager

software development. The ideal candidate should have strong international market

exposure, a well-established network of channel partners, and a proven ability to generate

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development:

a. Drive direct sales of IT services, focusing on mobile app development,

custom software solutions, and technology consulting.

b. Identify, engage, and close business opportunities with international clients.

c. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth

targets.

2. Lead Generation & Pipeline Management:

a. Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and

digital marketing strategies.

b. Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline with regular follow-ups and

relationship building.

c. Convert leads into long-term partnerships and increase revenue streams.

3. Channel Partner Management:

a. Build and maintain relationships with channel partners across different

regions to expand market reach.

b. Collaborate with partners to co-create solutions and drive joint business

initiatives.
