Sales Manager - North

As a Sales Manager for Airport & Outdoor Media in Lucknow, India, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales for the North India circle. You should leverage your strong connections with media agencies and direct clients to pitch, negotiate, and close deals effectively. Your role will involve maintaining relationships, developing sales strategies, and ensuring high occupancy rates for in-house media assets. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and acquire new clients for airport and outdoor media advertising in Ayodhya. - Maintain strong relationships with media agencies and direct clients. - Pitch in-house media assets effectively, ensuring high occupancy rates. - Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue. - Build and nurture relationships with marketing teams, brand managers, and media planners. - Work closely with advertising agencies to secure long-term deals. - Provide customized media solutions to meet client needs. - Keep track of market trends, competitor activity, and pricing in the region. - Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management. - Suggest innovative advertising solutions to attract new clients. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in outdoor media sales, airport advertising, or related industries. - Strong network with media agencies and brand marketing teams. - Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. - Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales. - Ability to work independently and drive business growth in the Ayodhya region. The preferred industry experience for this role includes Outdoor Media / Airport Advertising, Media & Advertising Agencies, FMCG, Retail, Real Estate, BFSI with advertising experience.
