Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, generating leads, and converting them into successful sales. The role involves managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be responsible for reporting on sales performance and market trends, and collaborating with other departments to drive business growth.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management, business development, and client relationship management
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Experience in real estate sales, particularly in plotted developments, townships, and residential spaces
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Ability to work on-site in Noida
Understanding of the local real estate market and regulatory environment
