Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Sales Manager located in Delhi, India. The Sr. Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and channel partners. Daily tasks include conducting market research, setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves frequent travel to project sites and attending industry events to drive business growth.

Qualifications

Proven sales experience in real estate, with a focus on plotted developments, residential spaces, and townships
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the sales team
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strategic planning and market analysis abilities
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
Experience in the Delhi real estate market is preferred
Availability for frequent travel to project sites and industry events
