Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Expert located in Noida. The Real Estate Sales Expert will be responsible for assisting clients with property purchases, sales transactions, and investments. Daily tasks will include meeting with clients, conducting property showings, advising clients on market conditions and properties, negotiating deals, and ensuring all transactions comply with legal requirements. Additionally, the role involves maintaining customer relationships, staying updated on real estate trends, and providing outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
• Strong Sales skills and a proven track record in sales achievements
• Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with the Noida real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
