Real Estate Sales Expert

You will be working as a Real Estate Sales Expert/Sales Manager at LML REALTY, a unit of SG Group, focusing on the LML Industrial cum Commercial project located in Gurugram, Haryana. This is a full-time position requiring 4-10 years of experience, preferably in Real Estate Sales Developer Firm. The salary is competitive with additional incentives based on performance. Your responsibilities will include actively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients and customers, conducting site visits, client meetings, and property showings. You will need to understand customer needs, suggest suitable property options, negotiate deals, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets. Regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients, staying updated on market trends, property values, and competitors" offerings, preparing and maintaining reports on sales activity and pipeline, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders are also key aspects of the role. Additionally, you will lead a team to ensure smooth transaction processes.
