Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and developers.
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and property showings.
  • Understand customer needs and suggest suitable property options.
  • Negotiate deals and close sales to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
  • Keep updated on market trends, property values, and competitors' offerings.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on sales activity and pipeline.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction processes.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
  • 1-5 years of experience in real estate sales or related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and result-driven attitude.
  • Good knowledge of Gurugram real estate market.
