Senior Sales Manager – Real Estate

Location: Kharar/Mohali, Punjab
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month
Working Days: 6 days a week

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both commercial and residential projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage client relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end sales of commercial and residential properties.
• Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and close sales effectively.
• Guide and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct property site visits and presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and performance updates to management.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3–7 years in Real Estate Sales (Commercial & Residential Projects).
• Education: Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and client handling.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and confident leader.
