Sr. Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Generate sales with existing customers and develop opportunities with new customers within the assigned territory.
• Experience in commercial & residential property sales.
• Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieve targets.
• Liaise between customers and the company regarding service updates, pricing, and product launches.
• Report on sales activities to senior management.
• Meet targets and goals set for your area.
• Establish, maintain, and expand your customer base.
• Increase business opportunities through various routes to market.
• Compile and analyze sales figures.
• Collect customer feedback and conduct market research.
• Keep up to date with products and competitors.
• Own conveyance is a must.

Candidate Requirements:

• Candidates from the Real Estate background only.
• Maximum age: 45 years.
• Impeccable profile with high professionalism.
• Minimum Graduate qualification.
• Strong experience in sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude with team-playing ability.
• Ability to establish an instant rapport with clients.
• Dynamic, aggressive, result-oriented, and self-starter.
• Ability to work independently, showing initiative and enterprise.
• Enjoy networking and meeting new people.
• Female candidates with a strong sales background are preferred.
• Own conveyance is a must.
• Commutation or relocation should not be an issue.
