Job Description

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
MBA preferred and considered a strong advantage
Applicants with any bachelor’s degree and strong experience in building or construction-related sales are encouraged to apply
Minimum 10 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the building, construction, or infrastructure sectors

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement effective sales, marketing, and business development strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives
Develop business opportunities within the assigned region and secure new work orders
Support the recruitment, training, and performance management of Sales Engineers in the assigned area
Engage with clients to secure projects, manage relationships, and ensure timely payment collection
Achieve assigned sales targets through proactive client outreach and market development

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
