Key Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive
sales strategies
to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Proactively target and solicit new business from corporate clients, associations, meeting planners, and transient sources.
Conduct engaging
site inspections
and deliver persuasive client presentations to showcase the property's value.
Negotiate, prepare, and finalize sales contracts to
maximize profitability
while ensuring client satisfaction.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and accounts to encourage repeat business.
Prepare and submit accurate weekly and monthly
sales forecasts and reports
to leadership.
Collaborate closely with the Revenue Management and Marketing teams to align pricing and promotional strategies.
Actively participate in industry trade shows, networking events, and local business organizations to promote the property.
Ensure the highest level of
customer service
and satisfaction from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up.
