Role Description

This full-time, on-site role as a Sales Manager is based in Jalandhar. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales stategies,managing customer and dealer relationships and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, building strong dealer relationships and providing customized insurance solutions.

Achievement of budgeted top line and bottom line by driving the MISP's of the Area managed.
Increase New Insurance business penetration of Tractor,2W and other related OEM'a for the Area managed.
Improve dealer satisfaction of business and claim management.
To develope and mantain relationship with key MISP's and Insurance companies.

Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in team management and motivating sales teams to meet performance objectives.
Strategic thinking, market analysis, and business development expertise.
Excellent communication, client relationship building, and presentation skills.
Ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency in using Insurance business and CRM software and reporting tools.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).
Familiarity with the insurance industry and IRDA regulations is preferred.
