Job Description

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Professional to take full ownership of selling high-margin Add-On Services (Accommodation, Forex, Insurance, SIM, Visa Services, etc.) to students who have already qualified for education loans or are in the application process. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, a consultative approach, and the ability to close deals independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the complete VAS sales lifecycle—from lead engagement to closing and post-sale coordination.
  • Proactively reach out to loan-qualified students and applicants, identify their additional needs, and offer tailored VAS solutions.
  • Build rapport and trust with students through consistent follow-ups, high-quality conversations, and needs-based pitching.
  • Liaise with internal teams (Loan Counsellors, Ops, and Tech) and external service partners to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date records on CRM and dashboards, ensuring clean and accurate tracking of conversations, lead stages, and revenue.
  • Share weekly performance reports and insights to improve conversion and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of B2C or consultative sales experience, preferably in Fintech, EdTech, BFSI, or Study Abroad domains.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets, especially with pre-qualified or warm leads.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English and at least one regional language.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., LeadSquared, Zoho, Salesforce) and funnel tracking.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Prior experience with student services (Forex, Insurance, Visa, Travel) is a strong plus.

  • Monthly Revenue from VAS Sales
  • Conversion Rate (Lead → VAS Purchase)
  • TAT for Pitch → Closure
  • CRM and Funnel Hygiene
  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT/NPS Post Sale)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
