Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Gurgaon. A Sales Manager will be responsible to generate leads, establish relationships with new clients and manage the needs of existing clients.


The ideal candidate must be a team player who will be responsible for helping the company to expand the client in international & domestic market. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. We are seeking a qualified business development specialist to extend our reach through expert discovery and exploration of new and untapped business opportunities and relationships.


Qualifications

  • Excellent sales acumen and proven track record in sales and business development.
  • Screen potential business opportunities and generate leads by mapping service offerings with client needs
  • Determine right contacts in organizations using LinkedIn, company website, Google search
  • Establish connect with the client contact and build relationship
  • Prepare custom pitches and fix meetings of the target contact
  • Assertively follow up on the leads
  • Identify way forward to increase sales and traction within target firms
  • Build short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with company's vision
  • Prepare prospect organizational structure, newsletter, company profiling, cheat sheets as and when required
  • Drive, track and report success of sales and marketing campaigns
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to implement innovative sales strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales forecasting, and reporting is an advantage
  • Experience or familiarity with industries related to research, analytics, or consulting services is a plus
