Marketing and Sales Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Support

• Update CRM entries and track leads, opportunities, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the sales rep to maintain pipeline visibility and sales dashboards.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs.
• Maintain and organize a repository of case studies, credentials, and success stories.
• Support in setting up and following up on client meetings, demos, and events.

Research & Analytics

• Conduct online research on industries, companies, and trends.
• Compile client intel and prospect profiles from public sources.
• Summarize key market insights into simple briefs or spreadsheets.

Marketing & Outreach

• Support email campaign planning and execution.
• Assist with LinkedIn outreach efforts and database updates.
• Help draft content for prospecting messages and email templates.

What We’re Looking For

Skills & Qualifications

• Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Economics, or any relevant field.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or market research concepts.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Bonus (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience in a B2B consulting or research company.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn or basic data research tools.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Canva, HubSpot/CRM tools, and marketing automation tools.
• Interest in global business trends and client interaction.
• Experience of working with international clients, especially US-based.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
