Senior Business Analyst

A Senior Business Analyst will work with experienced analysts to support their efforts in market segment studies (research and analysis of new and existing markets), competitor benchmarking and profiling, and evaluation of prospective partners and customers. The ideal candidate must be a team player who will be responsible for working with client’s data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include monitoring data quality metrics, analysing methodologies and ensuring business data and reporting needs are met. He will also be responsible to grow accounts of clients and bring in new clients.

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research using primary and secondary sources.
• Analyze industry trends, market data, and competitor strategies to generate actionable insights.
• Develop business models, benchmarking studies, and financial or operational analyses as required.
• Assist in preparing client proposals, concept notes, and diagnostic frameworks.
• Track pipeline progress, client interactions, and proposal conversions through CRM tools.
• Identify potential leads and opportunities within target industries and clients.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Research, Sales, Analytics, Consulting) for seamless project delivery.
• Contribute to white papers, case studies, and internal knowledge-building initiatives.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
