Senior Business Analyst

Your future duties and responsibilities:

- Requirement Elicitation & Analysis:

- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather business needs.

- Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.

- Document user stories, use cases, and process flows (BPMN, UML).

- Solution Design & Validation:

- Collaborate with architects and developers to design scalable software solutions.

- Validate proposed solutions against business objectives and constraints.

- Ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory standards (if applicable).

- Project Management Support:

- Assist in project planning, scope definition, and risk assessment.

- Track and report on project progress, blockers, and key milestones.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives).

- Stakeholder Communication:

- Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors.

- Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to leadership.

- Manage change requests and ensure smooth adoption of new systems.

- Testing & Quality Assurance:

- Define test scenarios and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).

- Work with QA teams to ensure requirements are met before deployment.

- Continuous Improvement:

- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend automation/optimization opportunities.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- Experience:

- 5+ years as a Business Analyst in IT/software development.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and SaaS/enterprise software projects.

- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or LucidChart.

- Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and data analysis (preferred).

- Experience with ETL, Datawarehouse

- Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.

- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and stakeholder management.

- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills. Nice-to-Haves:

- Certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum certifications.

- Domain knowledge in Banking

- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) or process automation (RPA).
