This role will report to the SVP - Commercial who is based in Mumbai. This incumbent will support in developing and expanding Hind Terminals business in Visakhapatnam and will be responsible to increase volume & revenue at the CFS. This role will need to ensure good quality of service to Customers, mentor and train the team and will administrate managing internal and external stakeholders, develop teamwork, and take responsibility for the overall functioning of the CFS and future expansion of projects.
This position will be responsible for sales & operations of the CFS. Specifically, this position will be responsible to support, manage and execute business growth plans of HTPL Group in Visakhapatnam. In addition, this role will manage, utilize and coordinate with all the departments including Sales and Marketing, Operations, Accounts and Transport. The areas of focus are, but not limited to, development increase volumes and revenue at CFS with sound understanding of Customers requirements and expected deliverables. Also drive team's performance to achieve for company’s common goal, people management and leadership along with keeping track of market
competition.
