Job Description

Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales agents, providing ongoing coaching, training, and performance support. Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies, set sales targets and KPIs, and develop action plans to achieve revenue goals and expand market reach. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and economic indicators to identify new business opportunities and inform sales tactics. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and facilitating property transactions. Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on sales data and performance metrics to senior management, using insights to make informed business decisions. New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new opportunities to expand the customer base. Contract Negotiation: Oversee contract negotiations to secure favorable terms for the company. Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all sales activities and operations comply with real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to support effective sales initiatives and manage the property portfolio. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in a real estate sales role, ideally in a leadership capacity. Strong leadership, management, communication, and negotiation skills. Excellent analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends. Deep understanding of the real estate market and property sales processes. Ability to build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
