Summary:-

A Sales Manager leads and motivates a sales team to achieve revenue targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and analyzing sales performance. They are responsible for coaching, mentoring, and developing their team members to improve sales skills and ensure consistent delivery of value to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy & Planning: Developing and executing sales plans, setting sales targets, and managing the sales pipeline.
• Team Leadership: Recruiting, hiring, training, and motivating sales team members, providing coaching and guidance to improve performance.
• Sales Performance Management: Monitoring and analyzing sales metrics, tracking progress towards goals, and reporting on sales activity.
• Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaboration & Communication: Collaborating with marketing and other teams to align sales efforts and ensure effective communication.
• Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification: Identifying new sales opportunities, staying informed about market trends, and adapting strategies accordingly.

• Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and strategies.
• Leadership & Management: Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team, delegating tasks effectively.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
