Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end sales for STEM-focused programs and products across assigned regions Build and nurture long-term relationships with school principals, trustees, academic coordinators, and decision-makers Generate leads through field visits, referrals, education fairs, and school associations Present solutions and conduct product demos that align with school goals and curriculum needs Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue KPIs Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, academic delivery) to ensure successful onboarding and implementation Maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools and provide regular forecasts and reports Stay updated on competitor offerings, market trends, and NEP/CBSE/ICSE/IB curriculum developments Seamless onboarding of Institutions and end to end service Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree (preferably in Education, Science, or Business); MBA is a plus 57 years of proven experience in education sales, preferably with K-12 school partnerships Strong understanding of STEM education trends and school ecosystem dynamics Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the assigned territory Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven sales approaches
