Sales Manager (Digital Marketing)

We are seeking a high-performing and strategic Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for our suite of digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales within the digital marketing industry, a deep understanding of the digital landscape, and the ability to build and nurture a high-performance sales team. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, mentoring account executives, and forging strong, long-lasting client relationships to achieve our ambitious revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base and achieve strong top-line growth.
• Identify emerging markets, industry verticals, and new business opportunities.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services through proposals and presentations.
• Own and exceed annual sales targets within assigned territories and accounts.

• Team Leadership & Development:

• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales executives to build a high-performance sales culture.
• Set individual and team sales targets, and provide regular coaching and performance feedback.
• Conduct regular sales meetings to review pipeline, performance, and strategy.
• Foster a competitive, collaborative, and energetic team environment.

• Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
• Understand client business needs and objectives to position our services as the ideal solution.
• Lead negotiations and close agreements with large enterprise clients.
• Act as a point of escalation for key client issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Pipeline & Reporting:

• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate, timely sales forecasts to senior management.
• Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track all sales activities, pipeline data, and client communications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Experience:

  5-8 years of proven sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a management or leadership role within a digital marketing agency or a related B2B service industry.

• Industry Knowledge:

  Deep understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM (PPC), Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Web Analytics.

• Sales Acumen:

  Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including C-level executives.

• Leadership Skills:

  Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close and to lead and motivate a sales team.

• Communication:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong presentation and negotiation abilities.

• Tech-Savviness:

  Proficient with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Good-to-Have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience selling to specific industries (e.g., SaaS, E-commerce, Healthcare, Education).
• A strong network of potential clients and industry contacts.
• Experience with inbound marketing and lead generation strategies.
