Sales Manager (Digital Marketing)

We Are Looking For:
A dynamic Sales Manager with a proven track record in selling digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should have strong professional contacts, the ability to bring in premium clients, and leadership skills to manage a sales team while achieving ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business acquisition with a focus on high-value and enterprise clients.
• Use personal and professional network to generate high-quality leads.
• Pitch digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, Paid Ads, Social Media, Branding, Website Development) to decision-makers and top-level management.
• Build and manage a sales team – set targets, mentor, and ensure performance.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
• Represent the agency at industry events, networking meets, and conferences.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts to management.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of proven sales experience, with at least 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is strongly preferred.
• Strong network of business contacts in Pune and the ability to bring high-profile clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing services and market trends.
• Target-driven, strategic thinker, and team player.
• Candidate must be based in Pune.
