Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of Sales Executives, ensuring target achievement and overall sales performance.
• Develop sales strategies and campaigns to generate new business and increase revenue.
• Train, mentor, and guide team members to maximize their potential.
• Handle high-value client relationships and oversee negotiations for large contracts.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales materials, campaigns, and strategies.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the digital marketing sector.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and services.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proven experience in developing sales strategies and achieving sales goals.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level clients.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
