The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing social media platforms, creating compelling content, and driving measurable engagement. In addition to social media management, candidates must possess working knowledge of PPC campaigns, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads to contribute to our overall digital marketing strategy. Job Responsibilities:- Manage and execute the day-to-day operations of social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging platforms. Create engaging content — including posts, stories, reels, and videos — tailored for different audiences and platforms. Design visually appealing social media creatives using tools like Canva. Develop and implement a consistent posting schedule to maintain audience engagement. Launch and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, optimizing performance based on key KPIs. Engage with followers and respond to comments, DMs, and inquiries promptly to build a strong online community. Stay current with the latest trends in social media, content formats, advertising features, and platform algorithm changes. Qualification Required:- 1 year of experience in social media management. Proven experience in running PPC campaigns, especially on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). Proficiency in Canva for designing creative content. Strong command of major social platforms and their respective best practices. Good analytical skills to interpret data and optimize both organic and paid campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
