BIM Trainer / Modeler

We are looking for a skilled and versatile BIM Trainer + Modeler who can deliver expert-level training on BIM tools while also contributing to actual modeling and design projects. This dual role requires a balance of strong technical proficiency and effective communication to educate students and assist project teams with high-quality BIM models.

Key Responsibilities:Training Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom or online training sessions on BIM tools such as Autodesk Revit (Architecture, MEP, Structure), Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
• Design curriculum, lesson plans, exercises, and project-based assignments.
• Guide students through hands-on practice, live projects, and portfolio creation.
• Conduct student assessments, project reviews, and provide regular feedback.
• Stay updated on latest BIM trends, certifications, and tools to ensure curriculum relevance.

Modeling Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage BIM models for architectural, structural, or MEP disciplines.
• Coordinate with design teams to ensure accurate and clash-free BIM outputs.
• Participate in project planning, execution, and documentation using BIM workflows.
• Create families, templates, schedules, and detailed drawings for ongoing projects.
• Perform quality checks, clash detection, and resolve modeling issues using Navisworks and other tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in training, mentoring, or assisting in educational roles (formal or informal).
• Strong proficiency in:

Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP)
NavisworksAutoCADBIM 360 (preferred)

• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to learners in an easy, engaging way.
