🧾 Job Title: Sales Manager – Reefer Container Leasing & Cold Chain Solutions

🎯 Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a performance-driven

    Sales Manager

    to lead the

    end-to-end sales function

    for our Reefer Container Leasing & Cold Chain Solutions division. This includes

    pre-sales engagement, solution consultation, and sales closure

    , with a strong focus on

    pharmaceutical and food logistics clients

    . The ideal candidate will come from a background in

    cold chain logistics

    ,

    freight forwarding

    , or

    pharma warehousing

    — and will understand temperature-sensitive cargo requirements in both domestic and export use cases.


🧰 Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead Generation & Pre-Sales:

  • Identify B2B opportunities across pharma, seafood, frozen food, dairy, and agri sectors.
  • Engage with

    pharma logistics, warehousing managers

    , and

    freight forwarders handling cold chain shipments

    .
  • Understand client cold chain needs — inland, port, or storage — and map to solution offerings.
  • Prepare technical/commercial proposals, presentations, and rental models.

🔹 Sales Closure & Commercial Handling:

  • Own the full sales cycle — inquiry, proposal, negotiation, agreement closure.
  • Build lease/rental models tailored to usage type (short-term, long-term, seasonal).
  • Negotiate with procurement/logistics heads at pharma/FMCG/export firms.

🔹 Client Handover & Account Management:

  • Ensure smooth handoff to operations and service teams post-sale.
  • Follow up on implementation, container dispatches, and early-stage performance.
  • Maintain account relationships for upselling and renewals.


✅ Ideal Candidate Background:

  • 5+ years in B2B sales for:
  • Reefer container leasing
  • Pharma warehousing & cold storage solutions
  • Freight forwarding (temperature-controlled shipments)
  • Cold chain logistics (air/sea/road)
  • Deep understanding of

    GxP compliance

    ,

    reefer tech specs

    , and

    container rental terms


🧠 Skills & Competencies:

  • Ability to sell to logistics heads, warehouse managers, export ops, and procurement teams
  • Strong understanding of temperature-controlled infrastructure and cargo risk management
  • Negotiation skills + consultative selling approach
  • Strong communication (English, Hindi, regional preferred)
  • CRM and document tool familiarity (Sheets, Docs, WhatsApp, mail flows)
