Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive business growth by acquiring new

clients, nurturing high-value relationships, and closing premium projects. The ideal

candidate should have a proven track record in real estate,interiors or luxury sales, a strong network in high-net-worth circles, and the ability to position Spazioliv as the preferred choice for elite clientele.


Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

• Conduct client meetings and presentations to communicate design solutions and

value propositions.

• Collaborate with design and relationship management teams to ensure smooth

client onboarding and conversion.

• Negotiate contracts, project values, and payment terms in alignment with company

policies.

• Monitor sales pipeline, forecast revenues, and report performance metrics to

management.

• Stay updated with luxury lifestyle trends, competitor offerings, and market

dynamics.

• Mentor and guide junior sales executives to strengthen the overall sales team qualifications & Skills.


What we are looking for ?

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.

• Min 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury interiors, real estate, Insurance, lifestyle or premium products.

• Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Strong client acquisition and negotiation skills.

• Excellent communication, networking, and presentation abilities.

• Understanding of luxury consumer behavior and high-end market nuances.

• Self-motivated, result-driven, and adaptable.
