Job Description

Role : Sales Manager - Closing

Location : Mumbai

Key Responsibilities :

Drive the closing mandate for 50 residences positioned as South Bombays most premium address.
Personally steward ultra-UHNI and NRI families through curated journeys private previews, immersive sales gallery presentations, and bespoke walkthroughs, culminating in high-value commitments.
Ensure seamless client experiences where precision and confidence define every interaction.
Mentor the closing team on refined client handling, deal hygiene, and relationship stewardship, while maintaining personal closing performance.
Collaborate with sourcing, marketing, and channel partner networks to optimise lead flow and maximise conversion velocity.
Uphold closing SOPs with immaculate documentation, escalation management, and compliance.
Conduct daily sales huddles, weekly deal reviews, and monthly absorption tracking in alignment with leadership objectives.
Share client intelligence and structured feedback with leadership to refine positioning and buyer experience.
