Sales Manager - APC Channel | Life Insurance

We are hiring for the APC Channel in Life Insurance for the Bangalore location. This role is suitable for candidates who have experience in Partner model or those coming from a strong BFSI sales background with good stability. We are looking for local candidates who are serious about sales and want to build a long-term career in the insurance industry with consistent growth and earning opportunities.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Total 3+ Years of Core BFSI Field Sales Experience
• Minimum 1 year experience in Life Insurance APC / Variable / Partner Model
• Candidate must be local to the hiring location
• Minimum 1.5 years stability in the current organization
• On-roll Life Insurance sales experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales through Partner channel
• Build and manage relationships with partners, advisors, and customers
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
• Generate new business through field activities and partner engagement
• Support partners with product knowledge and sales process
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely policy closures
• Ensure correct documentation and adherence to company policies
• Maintain daily sales updates, MIS, and pipeline tracking
• Work closely with internal teams for smooth policy issuance
• Focus on customer satisfaction and repeat business
