Sales Team Lead - Partner Channel (Life Insurance)

We are hiring Managers for the Partner Channel in Life Insurance. This role is strictly for candidates with core Partner / Variable / Alliance distribution experience in Life Insurance. We are looking for professionals who have spent a significant part of their career working with partners and are ready to take ownership of business growth.

Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory):

• Total experience: Minimum 3 years in Life Insurance sales
  Core Partner / Variable / Alliance Channel
• experience: Minimum 1 year (mandatory)
• Candidate must be currently based in Hiring location
• Minimum 1.5 years stability in the current organization
• On-roll Life Insurance sales experience require
• Comfortable with field work and target-driven sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business through Partner / Alliance distribution channel
• Recruit, manage, and activate partners and advisors
• Build strong working relationships with partners to increase productivity
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Plan and execute local sales activities and partner meetings
• Support partners with product knowledge and closing support
• Ensure timely policy issuance and proper documentation
• Follow all compliance and quality guidelines
• Maintain daily activity updates, MIS, and sales pipeline
• Work closely with internal teams for smooth operations
