Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing sales strategies, managing sales teams, building strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets. The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to motivate and guide the sales team toward consistent performance.

Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.

2. Team Management

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Conduct regular training, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions.
  • Assign sales targets and monitor daily sales activities.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.

4. Sales Operations

  • Ensure timely preparation of proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional activities.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and performance data.
  • Present regular updates to senior management on sales performance and challenges.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or senior sales role.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and strong problem-solving abilities.
