Gurgaon | 2-3 Years Experience | New Customer Acquisition Focus

Join Renata AI as Sales Lead to drive adoption of Vision, Voice and Document AI and IoT solutions among automobile ancillary manufacturers across NCR. You'll be selling cutting-edge AI-powered defect detection, process monitoring, and traceability systems that deliver measurable ROI—helping manufacturers reduce rejection rates by 15-30% and improve operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

Core Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition (80% Focus)

•      Generate and convert pipeline through marketing leads, referrals, and targeted outreach

•      Maintain high activity levels with regular customer meetings (mix of plant visits and online demos)

•      Perform on-site plant walkthroughs to understand production processes and identify AI/IoT opportunities

•      Position Vision AI solutions for defect detection, process monitoring, or traceability based on customer needs

Solution Selling

•      Present case studies and ROI demonstrations to Quality Heads, Production Managers, and Plant Directors

•      Coordinate technical discussions with presales team for solution design

•      Design customer-specific proposals covering hardware (cameras, edge devices), software, and integration

•      Manage pilot/POC deployments to demonstrate value before full rollout

Sales Execution

•      Prepare detailed proposals with BOMs, development scope, and integration requirements

•      Negotiate pricing within defined discount authority while maintaining healthy project margins

•      Manage complex B2B sales cycles requiring persistence and strategic relationship building

•      Update CRM daily with pipeline movement, meeting notes, and next actions

•      Report weekly to management on pipeline health and deal progress

You'll manage enterprise-level deals with significant revenue impact and attractive commission structure. Success metrics and targets will be discussed during the interview process.

What You Bring

Must-Have Qualifications

•      2-3 years of B2B technology/solution sales (manufacturing, industrial automation, or related sectors preferred)

•      Proven new customer acquisition track record with ability to build pipeline from scratch

•      Technical aptitude to understand and articulate computer vision, AI, and IoT concepts to non-technical stakeholders

•      Consultative selling skills – comfortable with complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders

•      Strong communication – ability to present to shop floor teams and C-suite executives alike

•      Process discipline – rigorous in CRM updates, follow-ups, and sales methodology

•      Comfort with complexity – selling solutions involving hardware + software + integration across varied customer environments

Strong Plus (Not Required)

•      Experience selling to automobile/auto-ancillary manufacturers

•      Familiarity with Quality/Production departments in manufacturing plants

•      Understanding of Quality 4.0, Industry 4.0, machine vision, or AI concepts

•      Engineering background (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Computer Science)

•      Existing network in NCR manufacturing belt (Manesar/Gurgaon/Faridabad/Bawal)

Education

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Computer Science) or equivalent technical background
