In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and showcasing our innovative pre-cast construction technology to potential buyers. If you have a passion for sales and real estate, strong communication skills, and the ability to close deals, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, understand their preferences and requirements, and provide personalized assistance throughout the pre-sales journey. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our residential properties, including features, specifications, pricing, and amenities, to effectively communicate the value proposition. Site Visits and Presentations: Coordinate site visits for interested buyers, conduct property tours, and deliver engaging presentations to showcase the unique advantages of our pre-cast construction technology. Negotiation and Closing: Assist clients in negotiating terms and conditions of property purchases, addressing concerns, and overcoming objections to facilitate successful closings. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to identify opportunities for product differentiation and market positioning. Documentation and Follow-Up: Ensure accurate and timely completion of all sales documentation, including contracts, agreements, and payment schedules. Follow up with clients to provide updates and address any post-sales queries or issues. Strategic Growth & Partnerships: Collaborate with the founding team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive sales growth, build channel partnerships, and expand market presence. Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or construction industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence potential buyers. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a track record of achieving sales targets. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
