Role: Structural Engineer Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Work from Office) Type: Full-time Experience: 2-3 years (Precast/Modular experience is a bonus) Responsibilities: Design, analyze, and review structural systems for precast modular buildings. Collaborate with architects, MEP, and design teams to ensure structural feasibility. Prepare detailed structural calculations, drawings, and design documentation. Ensure adherence to safety codes, industry standards, and compliance regulations (IS, NBC, etc.). Review and approve shop drawings, connection details, and reinforcement schedules. Conduct site visits and inspections to assess execution alignment with design. Innovate with new materials and methods for sustainable and efficient construction. What You Bring: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil/Structural Engineering from a reputed institution. Strong understanding of RCC/precast design principles and structural load analysis. Proficiency in structural software like ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE, AutoCAD, Revit. Working knowledge of IS Codes and experience in modular or precast design is a plus.
