Key Responsibilities: Lead, train, and manage a team of DSAs And DST to achieve sales targets. Develop sales strategies and expand business through DSAs. Monitor team performance and provide coaching for improvement. Recruit and onboard new DSA / DST Build relationships with existing clients and DSAs to foster loyalty. Report on sales performance and make recommendations for growth. Ensure timely loan processing and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of sales experience, with a focus on Personal Loan or similar products. Proven experience managing DSA And DST. Strong knowledge of loan products and sales processes. Preferred candidate profile Sales Manager with Business Loans Experience. Or Any Product with DSA or DST experience
