Duration:6 Months (with Pre-Placement Offer on meeting targets)

Are you ready to supercharge your business development skills and win big in SaaS salesOutplay, our cutting-edgeCRM SaaS product, is hiring driven interns to master prospecting, demos, and deal-closureall using the latest in sales technology!

About the Role

Join Outplays dynamic team as a Sales Internand learn the complete sales processfrom prospecting and demos to closing clients. Impress us and youll fast-track to a full-time Business Development Associate role, growing with a leader inCRM SaaS sales engagement technology.

What Youll Do

Phase 1 (Months 13):

  • Launch outreach campaigns & book 45 product demos in 3 months
  • Build key prospecting & pipeline generation skills

Phase 2 (Months 46):

  • Hit 20 demos/month
  • Close 6 clients by the end of internship
  • Own the entire sales cycle (follow-ups, negotiations, closures)

PPO & Growth Path

  • Meet both phase targets:DirectPre-Placement Offer (PPO)
  • Meet Phase 1 but not Phase 2:3-month extension (higher stipend up to 15k)

Full-Time BDA (Post-PPO):

  • Annual Income Potential: 9 LPA onwards i.e. CTC: 4.5 LPA Fixed + 4.5 LPA Variable (paid quarterly)
  • Retention Bonus: 1L after 18 months
  • Targets: 30 demos/month + 2 closures/month

  • Savvy, confident communicators who thrive on winning deals
  • Freshers or final-year students eager to launch a career in sales
  • Candidates looking to restart or relaunch their career from the comfort of home
  • Excellent personal office step up i.e. high speed internet with laptop/desktop.
  • Ok working in PST time zone &/or other international time zone.
