About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Meet and exceed ambitious sales targets by actively promoting retailer products and driving customer demand 2. Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with retail partners, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor 3. Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for individual retailers, focusing on their specific needs and product offerings 4. Conduct in-depth sales analysis for each retailer, identifying opportunities for growth and providing actionable recommendations 5. Provide training and support to retailers on catalogue optimization, sales techniques, and best practices for leveraging our platform 6. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential and existing retail partners 7. Actively recruit new retailers and onboard them onto our platform, ensuring a smooth and successful integration Requirements: 1. Demonstrate a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment 2. Show strong understanding of retail sales and e-commerce dynamics 3. Possess excellent relationship management and communication skills 4. Analyze sales data and develop actionable insights 5. Have experience in e-commerce catalogue management and optimization 6. Bring prior experience working directly with retailers, which is highly preferred 7.
