Respond via chat, email, and tickets. 3. Update CRM/ticketing systems accurately. 4. Ensure timely follow-ups and resolutions. Requirements: Min. HSC or Graduate in any stream. 0-1 years of customer support experience. Strong English communication (verbal & written). Basic computer & typing skills. Flexible with shifts and weekends. Skills: Customer focus, communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and patience.
