Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead the sales function for our AI-driven HR Tech platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the HR/Recruitment/Staffing ecosystem and a proven track record of building and scaling B2B sales in technology or SaaS companies. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability who can drive revenue growth, forge strong client relationships, and expand our market footprint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Drive enterprise sales and strategic partnerships with HR leaders, CHROs, and decision-makers.
  • Business Development
  • Leverage existing HR/recruitment network to generate new business opportunities.
  • Identify and tap into new market segments, including corporates, staffing agencies, and enterprises.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using consultative and solution-based selling.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their HR tech needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Manage key accounts and ensure long-term customer success and retention.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals with senior stakeholders.
  • Collaboration & Growth
  • Work closely with the Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align offerings with market demands.
  • Provide feedback to the product team based on client interactions and industry trends.
  • Represent the company at industry events, HR forums, and networking sessions.

Required Skill Sets

  • Strong HR Tech / SaaS / Recruitment Solutions sales background.
  • Proven track record of B2B enterprise sales with consistent target achievement.
  • Strong network within HR leadership circles (CHROs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Staffing firms).
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive consultative and solution-based selling.
  • Experience in team leadership and sales strategy formulation.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, ATS, HRMS, and recruitment technology trends.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with ownership mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or HR (preferred, not mandatory).
  • 8–15 years of relevant experience with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Prior experience in scaling sales for HR Tech, SaaS, or Recruitment Platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
