Job Type: Full-time Experience: 8-12 Years in Sales Leadership (Preferred in Electronics) Salary: As per Industry 

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead our sales department, develop effective sales strategies, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have proven leadership skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to build and maintain high-performance sales teams. 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the companys sales strategy to achieve business targets. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity. Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential customer segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners. Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present results to management. Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns with sales objectives. Negotiate and close high-value deals with corporate and enterprise clients. Analyze competitors and market conditions to refine sales strategies. Ensure adherence to company policies, ethics, and brand values in all sales activities. 

Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience (8+ years) in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and CRM systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data, make strategic decisions, and drive execution. Strong leadership skills with a track record of building successful sales teams. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets in a competitive environment.
