Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate books of accounts, and ensure statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on experience with accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals.
• Prepare and reconcile monthly bank statements.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory returns.
• Process payroll and maintain employee payment records.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and expense reports.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and annual audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and tax consultants.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Masters preferred).
• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
