Sales Head

The Sales Head is responsible for leading the sales function, developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, and expanding market presence. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to meet and exceed organizational sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement short-term and long-term sales strategies aligned with company objectives
• Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team (BDMs, BDEs, Sales Managers, Executives)
• Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and take corrective actions when required
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments
• Set sales KPIs, incentives, and performance metrics for the sales team
• Coordinate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth sales operations
• Forecast sales, prepare budgets, and manage sales pipelines effectively
• Ensure proper CRM usage and accurate reporting of sales activities
• Handle key client relationships and negotiate high-value deals
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices
• Track competitor activities and market trends to refine sales strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• MBA in Sales/Marketing (preferred)
• Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
