CATALYST EDUCATION CALICUT BRANCH Conduct Montessori teacher training sessions, including theory and hands-on material presentations. Mentor and assess adult learners during training and teaching practice. Develop and update course content and training materials in alignment with Montessori philosophy. Evaluate and document trainee progress through observations, assignments, and feedback. Stay current with best practices and developments in Montessori education. Collaborate with administrative staff to schedule sessions and manage training logistics. Promote a deep understanding of child development, Montessori pedagogy, and classroom management.
